Support for the moments that change everything

Lauren Hale, Calgary-based Doula

I’m Lauren, a certified birth and postpartum doula. I offer grounded, attentive support through pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester. With additional training in VBAC, hypnobirth, and breastfeeding support, I blend evidence-based guidance with a compassionate presence. My care leans more holistic, yet practical, shaped by study and real moments with the families I support. It’s tailored to your needs and adapts as plans evolve, whether you’re planning a home birth or heading to the hospital. You’ll have space to voice your preferences without pressure and a steady person working alongside your midwife or OB team.
